Will you be my Valentine?

One of the many new movies coming out that I want to see – Valentine’s Day.

It looks like it might be similar to Love, Actually (one of my favorite movies), so I am hoping it will be great. While I love movies with that “fairytale” kind of love, I appreciate the ones with messed up, awkward love even more. It makes them more real. It makes you feel like you are living in the movie itself.

Like I said to J a few days ago, I think this movie has the great potential of making me feel depressed about my love life. Although I probably won’t be seeing it with a date this Valentine’s Day, I will still go. My friends and I can splurge on Ben & Jerry’s after it. Can’t wait.

Costume Gala

Here are some of the looks I love! All are from the Met’s Costume Institute Gala, “Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion.”

First up, Blake Lively in Versace! Love this color on her! Really brings out her eyes and I like how she kept her hair simple.

Eva Mendes in Calvin Klein – simple, but pretty. Good job!

Ashley Olsen designed her own gown…it may be a little much for her, but compared to her sister, she looks amazing. It is also the best I’ve seen on her in awhile.

Jessica Biel, stepping it up! It could just be because she is actually smiling for once, but she does look good!

Heidi Klum always looks amazing! If someone else were to wear this much material, it would probably look ridiculous. I wish everyone could look this great while pregnant with their fourth child.
